FWPCOT3328 Operate a four wheel drive in a towing situation 

This one-day, private, hands-on course is the perfect introduction to towing with a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle. Whether you plan to tow a camper trailer or an off-road hybrid van, our experienced instructors will help you build confidence and skills for safe and secure towing on and off the road.

Please note: This course is designed for single axle camper trailers and hybrid vans- some off road driving experience is necessary before booking this course- we recommend the Off Road Skills Course which will give you all the skills you need.

Duration:

  • 1 day (8 hours) face-to-face practical training
  • Optional 4–7 hours of online pre-course learning and assessment for accreditation

  • 8:15 am arrival for an 8:30 am start (unless otherwise advised)

Participant Requirement:

  • Participants must provide their own 4WD with low-range gearing and off road capable trailer or hybrid van.
